Waiting uncomfortably by the door, Olivia stared at her hands and asked, “Jayje, did you really have to invite him up here for a threesome?”

In front of the balcony door, JJ mussed up her hair. ”Not my fault, Liv. If you hadn’t been so obvious, we’d have the briefcase by now.”

Olivia rolled her eyes. “Well excuse me for enjoying impressive work when I see it.”

JJ smiled at the compliment and walked towards her. With a tug at Liv’s cardigan, JJ said, “You might want to lose this before he gets here. You look much sexier without it.”

Feeling unusually shy, Liv pulled it in tighter. “So what’s the plan?”

“I’m thinking we lure him to the bedroom. One of us distracts him, the other knocks him out, and we take off with the briefcase.”

“You distract. I hit,” Liv said immediately.

JJ responded with a laugh.

As the doorbell rang, she shot Liv a grin. “Showtime.”

Olivia couldn’t help but smile at the sight.

JJ was a natural. With her stunning looks and fluttery giggles, she had the mark eating straight out of her hand.

Liv turned back towards the counter and took a sip of her drink. She shuddered at the taste. 

When the bartender shot her an amused glance, she let loose her girliest laugh and stammered, “Oooh, th… this may be one too many.”

Thankfully, he accepted her excuse with nothing more than a smirk and turned to attend to another customer’s needs.

In truth, she was hankering for some whiskey, but the fruity drink seemed more appropriate for her character. 

She glanced over at JJ again when she heard her emit another giggle.

“Have you noticed we’ve got company?” their mark asked JJ with a subtle nod towards Olivia.

“Oh you!” JJ swatted his arm playfully and quickly came up with a cover story. “You ruined my surprise.”

“Surprise?”

“What do you say to a little three-way playtime upstairs?” JJ gave him her most alluring smile. “And then maybe you can help me out? A little quid pro quo: I scratch your back, and you scratch mine.”

With a smarmy smile, their mark replied, “I like the sound of that.”
